Construction Features: This type of shield is made by using fine quality steel strips with heat rteatment and is vindot protedtion for serews, shafts and accociated parts, The hield, mounted on a alignment flan ges on both ends, has no contact with the parts to be protested This shield is conneited to the alignment flanges according to compression force that can be estimated beforehand.
So this shield is working stably, freely pull out and tall up and has very low level noise. The surface color is black, which is identical with most of the flanges on the machine.
Place of Order： Due to the fact that the spiral steel tape shield can be made according specific specifications of the diameter of serew, shaft and tod and travel range, please do the following when placing and order:
1. Please use the specifications or standards issued by our company.
2. The endusers will pu forward the D, Lmax, Lmin(special D2) (see drawing for code details). Our company will take care of the fabrication. by which the price is derived from.
Note:
1. The alignment flanges shall be made by the end us-ers and the sketch shall be provided by our company.
2. The price can be red need if large batch is oudered.
3. Except or special cases, D2 shall not be teven in to consideration.
